Marquis Adams, Real Estate Advisor, did an excellent job of educating us on what to expect, showing the property, answering questions along the way, ensuring we were kept informed of progress, and finding well-qualified tenants. We are very happy with his responsiveness and Tenant Placement services he provided. Until now, we have managed this process ourselves and Mr. Adams made the process easy and successful.
